FAQ

Translation from 250 UAH per 1800 characters depending on the language, and a certificate is usually one translation page. Add 400 UAH for notarizing the translator's signature and 2100 UAH for the Ministry of Justice apostille if you need one. We quote exactly once we see the document
Civil registry documents are apostilled by the Ministry of Justice, and the apostille goes on the original certificate. So the apostille comes first, then the translation covering it, notarized as one set. Done the other way round it usually has to be redone - tell us where you are filing and we will confirm the order before you pay
14 working days is the Ministry of Justice's own term. Our quoted dates add 1-2 days for shipping, so the date we give you is the day the document is in your hands, not the day the stamp was issued
For the translation and notarization a good scan or photo is enough - the translation is bound to a copy. The original is needed when the receiving body requires binding to the original, or when the document is being apostilled. Originals and the finished package travel by Nova Poshta; there is no office to come to, we do not have one
